Mango Season!

This is our favorite mango bread recipe.

Ben developed this here at the cafe-the cinnamon gets them every time

 

Mango Bread
1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Mango Puree
4 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Cream butter sugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix in vanilla, mango, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.  Fold in flour until mixed. 
Pour into two 9x13 greased pans.  Bake at 350 for 25 - 35 minutes.
